Should be a great story June 16, 2008 Mr. M. Littledyke (England) 32 out of 53 found this review helpful
Since the last film Ark Of Truth failed to meet up to the expectations of some fans but not me I enjoyed it, this film should be great it includes the return of Richard Dean Anderson as Gen Jack O'Neill & also includes 1 of scfis most used tools Time Travel, When SG1 accompany Ba'al to his execution Teal'c & Vala vanish into thin air not only does that happen the timeline seems to have been altered but Jackson, Carter & Mitchell don't seem to have been affected by the changes, they then return to earth to find out that the Stargate program never existed and Ba'al accompanied by his first prime Teal'c & Queen Qetesh (Vala) are trying to invade, so it's up to the 3 remaining members of SG1 to find the gate before it's too late. I hope this movie lives up to the hype. Roll on August

Having just watched this- i have to say its not as good as 'The Ark of Truth' but still worth watching especially when wrapping up the bal story line.
Great Movie with sentimental feelings for me August 17, 2008 chris (devon uk) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Great 2nd movie for SG1 fans. I will buy straight away due to sentimental reasons. At the end of the credits you will notice a dedication to 2 RN sailors that died on a submarine whilst this filming was taking place. This was whilst we were on HMS Tireless on 21st March 2007, carrying out a north pole "icex". Our thoughts go out to the family and friends of Paul McCann and Anthony Huntrod.
A Simple And Brilliant Ending August 20, 2008 Mr. Robert E. Coady 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Having brought this DVD on the day it came out for the UK (18th April) I can honestly say that this DVD is awesome how they finish the whole Ba'al storyline. Or is it finished? It probaly is otherwise they'd be starting to really repeat themselves. Some people compare this storyline to the Season 8 ending Moebius and although they are both focused around time travel and having to go back and fix the timeline they are both different and Continuum's ending is brilliant and if your a hardcore fan who has been watching SG1 since the early years then you'll feel a weird feeling at the end. Just one problem. I think that at the end of the movie they should have dedicated it to Don S. Davies.
